Utility EQ pedal to shape the sound of your favorite effects.
This is a 4-Band Equalizer, suitable for pedalboards or for direct use with instruments (guitar, bass, or other instruments with pick-ups), or even with synths and other line level devices.
Its 6 simple controls include:
▹ LOW pot, to boost or cut a low frequency shelf down to 15Hz.
▹ LOW MID pot, to boost or cut a ~420Hz bell.
▹ HIGH MID pot, to boost or cut a ~ 3.5kHz bell.
▹ HIGH pot, to boost or cut a high frequency shelf up to 25kHz
▹ VOL. pot, to control the output level. At max position, with all EQ pots at 12:00 position you get is unity gain.
▹ Foot-switch, to completely bypass the circuit (true-bypass)
Setting all EQ pots at middle position (12:00) you get flat response.
▹ Input impedance: 1MΩ
▹ Output impedance: 100Ω
▹ Power supply: 9-24V (using voltage higher than 9V gives you more headroom)
▹ Current draw: 8mA
