Custom-made high gain guitar distortion suitable to get a Marshall tone out of a clean amp.
The pedal offers a nice nice gain range but it's definitely destined for high gain use, and when we say "high gain" we mean the 80s high gain type and not "death metal" high gain :-) (although with the right guitar, the right amp and a boost you may be able to get that too)
If properly setup and plugged in a good amp, either solid state or prefereably a clean tube amp, it can deliver a nice and tasty groovy riff machine suitable for shredding but can also cover everything from blues to classic rock and 80s shredding while retaining a Marshall-ish flavored tone.
