THERIO tube preamp (model-T 1st gen. +mods)

"THERIO" is a complete model-T (1st gen.) tube preamp, including the phase inverter. We've also added a few mods/features (explained below) to make it more versatile and these mods are the only changes that distinguish the THERIO model from the kTinos model.

Most attempts out there trying to replicate the tone of the 1st gen model-T preamp only used the first two stages of the preamp, omitting the phase inverter that comes after the EQ section, which also includes the presence control and the feedback loop that comes with it.

From our perspective, the phase inverter is a crucial part of the circuit and plays a significant role in the gain, tone and presence control and to the overall output volume, a role so important that it felt pointless to design such a tube preamp with this part missing.

A properly selected power transformer housed inside offers the exact voltages the circuit requires for proper operation and correct performance. It also ensures the operation of the preamp with either 230V or 120V AC power. (A power selection switch is available at the back.)

Added features:
HI/LO gain switches for both channels.
Brite switch for the Normal channel.
Treble Bleed switch (3 positions) for the Normal channel.
Negative Feedback Loop selection switch (3 positions).

Two outputs for connection to power amps have been included, each with its own dedicated output level control.
