This 4 input Stereo Mixer designed for stereo pedals & pedalboards and is also compatible with line level signals and can also be used for synths.
The extra feature of this mixer compared to our 3ch Stereo Mixer is the addition of a Mono (TS) AUX output which offers both channels L+R of the stereo output mixed down to mono. The TRS output and the Mono AUX are totally independent and can be used both at the same time.
It can be used as a summing box that can take up to 4 stereo signals and combine them into a single TRS or TS output.
It features high-impedance TRS inputs (buffered with JFET op amps) that can be driven by instruments (guitar, bass etc) or line level signals as well. It makes use of low distortion, low noise op amps and each input has a volume knob that goes from mute, up to +6dB gain.
All inputs are stereo, suitable for TRS Jacks (6.35mm) but the mixer can also be used in mono-mode simply by pluging mono-jacks in all inputs & the TRS output. You can also mix stereo and mono inputs as long as you use a stereo output.
You can also mix stereo and mono inputs. Just make sure that for the mono signal you use a TS 1/4" to TRS 1/4" cable that ties
the Tip of the TS into both the Tip and Ring of the TRS if you want to feed
that mono signal in both L & R channels on the TRS output.
NOTE: if you use standard TS cable for the mono signal it will only appear on the L-left channel of the stereo output).
