1000kg Bender, custom Germanium fuzz
We usually avoid building circuits using Germanium transistors and we kind of refuse to get involved with all the hype around Germanium ( NOS my ass :-P ).
Despite that fact we've got a bunch of Germanium transistors sitting in some old boxes (most of them are really crap) and we experiment from time to time when some friend asks us to do so.
That's how this pedal was created. Based on the topology of the MKI, modified so that it can't produce some usable sound and moded so that it can be more versatile.
The paintjob was meant to much the vintage tone of the pedal. Please don't ask us to do another one of those :-p
